My mother educated me and my sister Stela (*1951) in a spirit of tolerance instead of prejudice. Even if Romania was not a rich country, together with our father she made sure that we had all things essential: culture, health, femininity, friends, good food and good taste. We got a good vocational training; I am a dentist, my sister is an engineer, now she is retired. I have a daughter, my sister has a son. Both were born in 1992.
